These Terms govern your use of Tolevine (operated by Hainan Suyuan Trading Co., Ltd.). By using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
By accessing or using Tolevine, you confirm that you are an adult able to enter into this agreement and that you'll use the service in line with these Terms and our policies.
Tolevine generates interactive, branching, illustrated fairy tales using AI. You provide a hero's name and an idea, choose options such as reading level, tone and art style, and the AI writes and illustrates a story you read by tapping choices. It is AI-assisted fiction provided for family entertainment.
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure. Stories are paid for with credits:

You agree to use Tolevine only for wholesome children's stories and to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension without refund.
Stories and illustrations are machine-generated fiction. Despite safety filters and screening, AI can occasionally produce inaccuracies, unexpected wording or imagery. Tolevine is not educational, medical, legal or factual advice. A parent or guardian should preview and supervise the stories their child reads. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.
You may use the stories you generate for personal, family, non-commercial enjoyment — read them, keep them, print them at home. By submitting inputs, you grant us a limited licence to process them as needed to deliver the service. The Tolevine name, logo, software and branding remain our property and may not be used without permission.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular story will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tolevine and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We'll revise the "Last updated" date when we make changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
